I'm thrilled with my purchase from Mattel and will order from this website again. My (3) Fiorella dolls are gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition. Flirty Fiorella

"Fiorella" is a beautiful doll. she is reasonablly priced but still a stylish Fashionista. she has fair complexion, blond hair with snow-white streaks. her delicate makeup & long eyelashes make her one of the prettiest flowers in the Silkstone family Her dress is very detailed & well tailored, it takes some ultra skills to sew all the little pieces together and make these tiny ruffles look perfect. However, not every doll dress is perfectly made, it depends on you luck, your doll may wear a dress that has a lopsided neckline with uneven stitches, or the 2 back panels of the dress don't match, one is longer than the other--that's what I received. Also, the doll needs a little purse. A girl can't leave the house empty handed. Overall, I am happy with my purchase
