Good product delivered quickly but installation?
The disposal appears to be exactly like the one I am replacing so should be an easy install and a good product. It was delivered in 2 days after being promised in 12, so delivery was great. The problem is that I paid for installation and that hasn't been done. I was given a time and date and told immediately after purchase, 10 days ago, that I would get more details and confirmation probably within 24 hours, but haven't heard anything yet. The proposed installation date is still 3 days from now so we'll see, but better communication would be good.
