- 48" stove boards are offered as Type 2 (ember protection and thermal protection) r-value of 1.08 required by many wood burning stoves.
- These are built with a 1.5" heavy duty extruded aluminum frame, automotive type e-coat paint process for frame, 1/2" non-combustible (per E136) substrate, and an additional 1/2" of Micore 300 under the complete hearth pad provides the ultimate thermal protection as well as 100% support for the entire stove board.
- Additional features/benefits - no removal of carpeting required, only non-combustible materials used, tested to most recent standard dated January 31, 2011, can be installed on risers for installations that require additional thermal protection. Image may show another shape.
