This sofa is so soft yet firm, if you like firmer sofas you should definitely get. It was easy to put together instructions were clear. It is bigger than I expected which is great, it's worth the cost. Gave it a 4 star cause I just got it I don't know how it will stand up to dirt and so on and I think the cushions could be a litter more puffy but but will see when it's fully puffed out. But love it. Color is as described as well I got the light grey.

Great quality for an entertainment room. However, it hurt my back when I used it as a sleeper. It is too firm to be a bed. I even added a comforter to make it softer but it didn't help. I love it as a couch though.

I would give you zero stars if I could. There's not even a way for you to connect the sections of the couch together so it just looks like a bunch of cheap chairs place next to each other. The cushions are so flat and wrinkly and deflated. The material is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. They are so low to the ground. It looks like something you would put in a frat house. And my whole order didn't even come in I only got two pieces of the whole couch.
