Cheap looking

The pictures online were not close to the actual item. Also when I requested my money back, they tried to only give me back pennies on the dollar so I would keep them. When I said they weren't what we wanted or needed, they still tried to get us to keep them. Finally they offered to give us return labels when we insisted that we wanted to return the items and we wished to have all the money returned. Why so difficult?!
