Excellent skillets for a reasonable price. Fantastic non-stick coating, but Wolfgang still recommends a small amount of butter or oil, with which I concur, and to use only non-metal cooking utensils. Lid for large skillet very handy. Handle stays cool, but do not use high heat. Skillet warms quickly and heats uniformly with aluminum core.

These pans are awesome. Follow instructions with the pans and all will cook well. I own other Puck Pans and love them so much. Food stays warm for a very long time due to induction. A bit pricey, but these are made very well. Highly recommend!
