The headband part is made with a foil like material so it can be bent to fit any head. The fringe around the band is squished down against the headband due to packaging so you have to fluff it up when you take it out of the package. You have to be careful while fluffing it because the fringe is just paper so it is easy to rip. Super cute and great colors. Perfect for a donut bday party.
