If your looking for a electric pallet jack do not hesitate on buying this one , my hubby has been telling me for over 2 years , after seeing them being used at a trucking company they ship There freight with , he asked the guys one day and they told him how great they were , due I waited for 2 years before buying and I should kick myself in rear !! This things has saved my back and is amazing , every store I go to to pickup my loads say that they need one , when the employees see me picking up the loaded pallets they always say our store is to cheap to buy one of these !! Just the push of a button and it lift the loaded pallets and off to the trailer to load , pulls my ramp perfect !! I'm telling you do not hesitate like me !! Dave your back and body !! The quality is solid it's not junk , I'm so blessed to have this piece of equipment , and but from walmart I shopped around and there usually like 2300 to 2700 thur Walmart 1600 major saving !!

Stay away from this product stay away from the seller! Absolutely horrible. I bought this product back in February. Any work for less than a month and I'm still trying to get this situation resolved. Now as a date, they want me to send the product back to their local US manufacturer or warehouse in Georgia with me, paying half of the cost. How is that fair when your product stopped working on me within a month and I've been trying to get it resolved since then ???!!!!!! I have never spent $1800 on a product that worked for a month and I have to pay for it to be repaired or shipped to be repaired !!! Absolutely ridiculous! This makes me not Walmart or Walmart sellers !
