It is not disposable . it is reusable.

This product has lasted over a year and you are able to change the battery since it runs on a simple double A battery as it says so in the description.

Can't see a way to change the battery

It seems to work fine but it seems like it has less power now than when I got it about a year ago. I don't use it very often. But I can't see any way to replace the battery. It appears it's to be expected to be disposable, so that's a Big disappointment.
