it says professional installation recommended but didn't specify what sort of professional. being that I'm a professional idiot, I did the install myself. and it came out perfect! first up, you'll need two 3" butt joint exhaust bands. got mine from that other online place as I needed them next day. also got cobalt coated reciprocating saw blades. cut out 9¾" assemble bands, pop in place, assemble motor and down pipe (pay attention to clearance) tighten everything up and you're good to go. I used thread lock on all bolts. wire I ran up through a plastic piece under the truck after drilling a 3/8 hole plus some reaming. from there you may either use the cigarette plug, or cut the plug and tap into a source (which is what I did. remember, I'm a professional). end result, this thing is AWESOME! you can open it partially or fully open it if you have neighbors you want to annoy. when you need to be quiet, close it all the way. this unit was a bit more money than what you find on eBay however it's absolutely worth it. first, you could return it to Wal-Mart if needed. second, you get it in 2 days or so. the every ones look like it's coming from the US but I think it's shipping from China. my first order never arrived, seller blamed UPS.
