If your over 200 lbs, then these are the gloves for you! I can hit my heavy bag as hard as I want and I don't feel a thing. The velcro keeps my wrist locked in a tight position and the gloves are surprisingly light. They are easy to put on and easy to take off...

Great to have!

These are great and fit adults as well as my 9 year old. My husband says they absorb shock well. They are black and a soft leather feel. We received these for free in exchange for opinions on the items. Having tried these we would definitely buy from the store!

Beginners gloves

I got these based on the description that they are good for beginners. I don't box or hit the punching bag, but these gloves are awesome for starting!! They are lightweight but I feel protected. My knuckles and wrists feel well supported. I don't feel like my arms are getting jarred as badly when I wear these. They are comfy and easy to put on/take off. I have zero complaints and recommend these gloves!
