Mishandled package

As a collector, i saw this item online as a deal! I was more than happy to purchase it, although i though i was getting the 1:64th car. I actually received the toy hauler instead which worked out because i don't have this item in my collection either. Upon arrival i noticed it was in a bubble wrap envelope rather than a box. When i opened the package, the box holding my item was damaged on both ends. Whether that happened at one of your facilities during the 4 years it's be out, or during shipping is unknown. But i would like to say it lowers the value of these by at least half. Not sure what can be done about this if anything at all but i would appreciate something.
