Great purchase for the price.

I love these jars. They are nice and thick and very sturdy. The lids seal on almost too well so you know you're getting a good seal. They are great for all kinds of things from a candy jar to condiments; I even have one full of Epsom salt with a scoop for the bathroom. That tells you that it's has a wide opening, big enough for a small hand. I bet it would be great for holding coffee also.

The glass is heavy, good quality. The lid is cheap plastic with a good seal. Not sure how long it will last. I would recommend if you don't use everyday otherwise pick one with better lid.
