GREAT REPLACEMENT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a similar handle set more than 5 years ago and did not have the receipt. I called Kwikset and explained that the polished brass finish was coming off. The representative had me send in a photo, they identified the current replacement and sent to me, FREE OF CHARGE, a new handle set. I was extremely pleased with the results. Consequently, I told friends and family of the superior support Kwikset has and advised them to purchase Kwikset higher line of products. I will never purchase another brand based upon my experience with Kwikset.
