ABOUT THIS DANDRUFF SHAMPOO BAR Our 2% Pyrithione Zinc & Tea Tree Dandruff Shampoo Bar controls and reduces the symptoms of dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis but without the plastic bottle. The premium formulated plant-based ingredients lather big and rinse well. This gentle Pyrithione Zinc OTC medicated dandruff shampoo bar gives liquid counterparts a run for their money. It's 100% soap-free and uses pyrithione zinc, tea tree oil and oat flower to calm scalp issues. Tea tree oil is derived from the leaves of Melaleuca alternifolia, a small tree native to New Wales and Queensland, Australia. Tea tree oil is known to have germ-fighting properties. It is a valued natural remedy for treating fungal and bacterial skin conditions, preventing infection, reducing inflammation, and promoting healing. Tea tree oil is a good choice if you have a troubled, irritated, or itchy scalp.

For best results use daily. Work-up a lather using warm water and gently massage into problem areas. Soap should stay in contact with skin for at least 60-90 seconds. Then rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Because some users experience a drying of their skin when using soaps, start with a small test application. You may increase to two or three times daily if needed. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. If desired, follow cleansing with the moisturizer of your choosing.
