The cover does exactly what is advertised. It has one strap, in the center. The elastic is strong and stays secure on the front and rear. I am using it on a 2014 Camaro SS. It covers almost all of the wheels to include the entire car. I live in Tucson AZ, so I have to replace my covers almost every three months. The sun destroys them. I am doubling up my covers. I also purchased the model below this waterproof one. Arizona. It has side mirror pockets which improves the fit. I've had it for two weeks. All good so far. At this point I would recommend it.
