I have a Boost for breakfast 3-5 times a week. I don't feel like eating early in the day, but a Boost shake; I often add malt powder to it. Great When on a Diet. Taste great!

Great for essential vitamins for women especially when dieting and eating is restricted. I am then able to lose weight without that rundown feeling I often get when on a diet. Taste is great. I keep them refrigerated and 30 minutes before drinking I put them in the freezer. Taste best like a slushy. But like ice cream I can get brain freeze if I drink them too fast lol. I subscribed to get these every 2 weeks and will probably change it to monthly eventually. They give me some energy and fill the belly pretty well. Totally recommend.
