REFLEX BALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. For beginners the black foam ball is recommended.
   
2. Adjust elastic rope to arm's length and tie it to the headband ring.
   
3. Once you are comfortable with the length the excess can be trimmed.
   
4. Put on padded gloves and wrap strap around wrist.
   
5. Gently punch the ball downwards at the beginning and slowly increase elevation and force.
   
6. As skills increase move on to the red rubber ball.
