I am very happy with my online shopping, shipping, and delivery experience. The product itself appears as shown in the provided images, however; my shoe size compared to these feel very tight (too well-fitted). I don't know if I had to properly "break" into these shoes but I felt my feet hurt after my first bowling event with them. Other than that, so far it's decent.
