good water heater insurance
good way to keep my water heater from rusting --- and it works. My previous anode rode left some 'white flakes' in the bottom of the heater. No problem, and I believe it is the aluminum flaking off the rods. Very easy to install, just pull out the old one and put in the new one. It did take a bit of elbow grease to get it lose, but not a problem.
