I am very happy with the new mattress. It's plush on top but has a firm core. It's got a supportive edge so sitting on the edge doesn't collapse the edge. I like that it's not as tall as my previous one. I wish it had handles to make it easier to move. I am a side sleeper and this mattress is much more comfortable than my previous one. I suffer from arthritis and nerve damage pain constantly, but I have been sleeping better now. The white glove delivery was a little disappointing. They were rude and they were definitely were not wearing gloves. I asked them to hold the mattress while I slipped on the mattress protector. They refused. They didn't ask if I wanted the old one hauled away. They put it leaning against the bedroom wall. I am handicapped in a wheelchair and one of the men told me to move out of his way. It was a hallway not anywhere for me to go as he tried to push around me. After they left I got a call from an unknown number that left a message asking if I needed the mattress hauled away they failed to ask me while here. I didn't want them back in my house so no thank you. Mattress very happy! The price dropped from $599 to $479 the day I got the mattress. Price matching would have been nice.
