Great addition to my Pulse Maxx!

I had chronic heel pain that was starting to turn into knee pain. Three different doctors just gave me cortizone shots and clunky braces. I went to my local running store where they 3d mapped my feet and I instantly saw the problem, I have high arches AND I overpronate. Finding the Pulse Maxx insole was great but my 38 years of bad gait was still trying to roll my feet/ankles inward. These pads help support my arch even more than the great insoles can do on their own without feeling like im stepping on a rock. I've turned my father onto these and we both love them. We both no longer walk like ducks and our feet dont ache all day. Powerstep insoles and Sole Essentials Arch Support Cushions are a life saver!
