Poor quality and no care instructions

This came vacuum wrapped and a mass of tiny wrinkles. There is no care instructions label anywhere on the vest which I believe is against the law. If Walmart is going to buy from 3rd party vendors they n Ed to ensure at least basic quality. I'm afraid to wash it to see if the wrinkles will come out as if I shrink it or the color bleached out, I'm stuck with it. I think the ratings posted are all fakes from the vendor. It appears wellstitched and looks nice, or would once the wrinkles are gone but it's too big of a risk to keep because the fabric is thin and cheap. Oh well. Hope the other best I ordered is better quality
