Our Flexible Tire Elements are warranted against manufacturing defects due to bad workmanship or faulty design for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier. Installation : 1. Alignment to be checked by placing a straight edge across outside diameter of flanges. The split flexible tyre is then positioned in the flanges and the screws tightened in the place. Product warranty is essentially for manufacturing defects and hence user should ensure :- 2. Proper assembly 3. Alignment of coupling is appropriate and 4. Usage is within the specified parameters ( eg: torque, etc)
