I like the way the gliders protect both the legs of the furniture and the floor from scratches. Also, I like how the furniture glides easily across the floor with the felt tip like material on the bottom of the glider. I purchased the gliders for both my dining room chairs and two small tables for eating in the living room. My dining room chair legs are round and are around an inch in diameter and the gliders fit perfectly. The legs on the small tables are a similar size as the dining room chair legs but are square and the gliders fit those legs well also. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.
