Great for bones
This is just what you need in one supplement with all the things that help you to absorb calcium better. You start with elemental calcium in microcrystalline form and add Vitamins C and D, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese and Boron. Plus vitamin K2 MK7. All together making an outstanding bone supplement!

I like this calcium supplement
I needed to take a calcium supplement because I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia. I've had trouble in the past with calcium supplements upsetting my stomach so I was cautious optimistic that this one would be better. I was so glad that it didn't upset my stomach! I do try to take it with food and spread out the dose with meals. I also like that it has Vit D3 and K2 along with magnesium and boron. I also take a low dose K2 and D3 to get the appropriate amount each day. I just placed my second order and will continue to take this one until there are any reasons not to.

Great price
I have been taking this product for 8 years and it is much better on my digestive system than plain calcium. It was recommended by a local health food store and I always look for the best price. Found it here on iHerb! I can manage the 3 per day much better.
