I have always loved Calphalon cookware..two of my favorite pieces just plumb wore out…I searched for a replacement for a long time..and only recently discovered both pieces on your website..I am over the moon excited ..the new pieces are actually superior to the pieces replaced..this piece in particular is nowhere else on the public market. I got the Racheal Ray hard anodized collection including the 14 inch frying pan from walmart online store over 3 weeks before but it had a 3 qt saute pan and i need a 5 qt or bigger so got the Calphalon Premier 7 Quart Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Saute pan with Lid, it was that or hexclad 7 qt saute pan which i passed on since i want hard anodized set awhile! It took over a decade to complete my hard anodized collection! I had another set from walmart but no frying pans or saute pan, just the sauce pans and pasta pan because i used 2 electric rectangular skillets since 2009-2011! I plan to get another Calphalon Premier 5 or 7 Quart Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Saute pan with Lid! I was just about to get another today but was sold out and wasn't sure if i want to settle 5qt instead, but it be nice to have a 3 qt, 5 qt and 7 qt for variations of cooking! My brother and i used it for thanksgiving first time for both of us to cook turkey stuff dish and yams with brown sugar! Its a must have 7 qt saute pan! I love it alot! I got it mainly for faster cooking, rice and pasta helpers and seasoned taco meat for examples!
