Instructions
1. Take out the usb plug
2. Connect to the power bank
3. Press the power bank output switch
4. Long press the chest temperature controller
5. The red light flashes for high temperature and automatic continuous heating
6. After the red light flashes for 5 minutes, it will automatically turn white and the light will be at medium temperature and constant temperature
7. Manually adjust to three gears, the red light is on for high temperature heating at 45°C, the white light is on for continuous medium temperature of 35°C, and the blue light is on for 25°C to keep warm
8. Long press the chest controller, the light will be off for 3 seconds to stop heating
