Excellent quality cover
We purchased the Herbert 3-cushion swing a few years ago and have really enjoyed it. We have replaced the cushions and canopy and purchased a new cover as the swing is not in an enclosed area and is in the sun a lot, which is to be expected here in the South. The dealings we have had with Kozyard have always been excellent.

Customer Service was GREAT
Nice unit, smaller/lower than others but fit my specific needs. One of the top cover supports broke off during a major wind storm (Isaac); my own fault. Sent Customer Services an email explaining what occurred. Took a little while, but they came through and shipped me the broken parts. Kudos to Chris Chen as did the proper follow up and support I needed. Will purchase again.
