Beautiful jobs completed

I can't tell  you when I bought my Minwax Polyshade, there's always some left in the can from a previous use, it's the only product I use!  It always goes on smooth and cleans up nicely and the furniture looks beautiful!

One Step to New Looking Cabinets

This is the least expensive way to superior color and finish. PolyShades will cover over polyurethane wood or oil base. Clean the old surface and sand with orbital sander or by hand to remove the old shine and some of the grain. No need to strip and spend hours getting the old finish off. The best way to do the doors is to remove them and lay them flat to prevent runs. If you are going to brush on get about a 2" super quality brush so as to not leave brush marks. Put one coat on to cover and use second to actually change to the new color. If you like a deeper look apply a coat of clear. The way to make the cabinets like new use an HVLP low pressure spray gun and spray even coats. The finish will look like the $60-70 a quart product. This is an incredible product and Walmart has more colors than the big hardware stores.

Good stain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top piece was before. Goes on easy. I used an old rag to rub on. I prefer a rag to paint brush because it is easier to apply. I used two coats in the pictures. The stain brings out the grains in the wood. I like this stain a lot and plan to use it for other projects.
