When it arrived, I opened the box and found that the glass on one of the doors was splintered. According to the shipper, they said not to return it to the store, but let them know if there were any parts missing or any problems. I emailed their support and told them of the broken glass and asked for a replacement. I haven't heard any thing from the shipper. While I like the unit, even though it was difficult to assemble because of the cam locks being poorly made, I used Gorilla Ultimate Wood Glue and allowed it to set between stages of assembly, I still would not recommend it because of the lack of response from the shipper.

We really like this tv stand. I read the reviews about the assembly being complicated and yes, it took about 2 hrs for 2 people to put together. It was a little crooked because of the way it was laying inside the delivery box. But after a day the wood moved back into its proper position. The doors look better now too. The material itself is high quality and everything lined up perfectly. I would definitely recommend getting this, it's totally worth the 200$ we paid, looks more expensive than that. Delivery took only 2 days and nothing was damaged. Instructions were extremely simple. There was an english and a spanish version. For reference, our TV is 65". Go get it!
