I ordered a "soft" pillow, spurred on by one reviewer who stated that he found the product too thin and squishy, as I require a very thin pillow. The product, on arrival, was very firm, the case over-packed. I would have had a stiff neck within an hour. I opened the case and removed more than half of the filling to to allow a thin, soft pillow which is quite satisfactory, though certainly not what I expected on ordering!

I am so sorry I spent so much money on pillows I hate. The pillow is soft but hardly has any filling and is very thin and squishy. (like someone else said) My head sinks into the pillow and I feel my head is on the mattress not on a pillow. The pillow is so thin it looks like i have had it for years. I folded the pillow in half and that was very uncomfortable. Will never buy this again.
