Excellent product!

Great frame

The frame is nice and solid and I love that I could find the unique size here. I struggled finding the size in stores. The frames were packaged so securing with wrap to keep them tight together, and they were like strapped inside the box to prevent any moving during transit. I was thoroughly impressed.

Review

I ordered the frame in early December and got a shipping confirmation on 12/11. Another notice on 12/15 said the item was "in transit", and that's where it stayed through Christmas Eve. The final notice said delivery would be on 12/26, which it was. The post office certainly had issues last year with delays, so this was probably where the fault lies. I've ordered from your company a number of times and never had an issue. I'll chalk this up to a one-off aberration.
