Tuned like a standard bass and to the same pitch, the Oscar Schmidt Ukulele Bass sounds strikingly like an upright bass. With a flame maple top, back and sides, the OUB800 is part of our Comfort Series. This series is characterized by the rosewood comfort rest on the lower bout that offers an additional level of comfort for your forearm and a rosewood partial cutaway for accessing the upper frets. The integrated electronics make the OUB800 a great performance instrument. Comes strung with Aquila® Bass Ukulele strings.
