Perfect except for two flaws.

Bought this for my daughter. Ever since she received it, she has forgotten her other hand bags. She wishes it came with a wider shoulder strap. This skinny strap is not durable or feasible. For a bag this size, the shoulder strap should be proportionate. She's using the carry handles instead. This is a design flaw which should be corrected. Also there should be feet on the bottom.
