Well so far so good super easy to assemble. Kind of cool it's got an attachable drain hose mine didn't come with that. And it seems decent with sound. It doesn't seem super loud even when you hear the air kick on. It cooled my son's room down pretty fast, I'm really hoping this helps during summer his room is right in the middle so it's always the hottest during summer and coldest during winter. I might buy this brand when mine kicks the bucket! Great purchase!

This unit works well Love it
The unit is well packaged and easy to assemble. It cools the bedroom very well. The hose is flexible, but the piece that actually goes in the window is not. It would be helpful if it were. for windows that slide sideways to open this is ideal. For the typical double hung the short piece was too short, so I had to tape a piece of styrofoam in the gap.
