The earth tone grip wasn't my jam (So I taped it off and painted it with black vinyl dte spray paint.), but the total back plate is nice and it has a good hand feel. High quality. Even my razor knife left no marks when I was cutting the painters tape off of the rubber grips. Solid protector.
