Good Cucumin Complex.
A regular thing on my Swanson shopping list. Perfectly happy with how this supplement performs . I do try to take the two it reccomends at once but sometimes i have to step back and take a lesser amount just because occasionaly it becomes too much at once for me as with herbs in general ......
