Vacuum is a good one. BUT DELIVERY WAS THE PITS. The vacuum was to be delivered May 8, 2025, received e-mail notice from Walmart that it had been delivered, but it was not delivered. 10Pm checked porch and in front of garage no package. Early Friday morning May 9, checked OnTrac web site they said it was delivered. Contacted OnTrac thru customer online service, the ONLY way to contact them. They e-mailed back that they had package under investigation, to wait two days etc, etc. All after noon on Friday May 9, regular intervals checked front porch and in front of garage, FINALLY at7Pm found the package in front of garage!!!!! Walmart staff need to look at reviews of OnTrac delivery service reviews they are not good.

This vaccum requires a fitness level of an Olympic weight lifting champion. The suction is so intense that it grabs onto the carpet and prevents you from pushing it forward. Maybe be okay on lower pile carpets but not for the faint of heart on a plush new carpet. Not recommended for the elderly or small children. May also be used as protection during a dog attack as they seem to run in fear when it is turned on.

This model includes a suction control slider located on the bottom of the handle, which allows you to increase or decrease suction as needed. Adjusting this slider should make it much easier to maneuver the vacuum on thicker carpets while still providing strong cleaning performance.
