Faital Pro's unique HF108R 1" exit Ketone polymer compression driver is designed specifically to deliver natural and smooth response when used for nearfield applications. With a more rigid clamping mechanism on the diaphragm and additional machining in the magnetic gap Faital Pro has managed to almost eliminate any harshness that is common with many compression drivers. The HF108R's naturally damped diaphragm and optimized annular phase plug ensure natural response all the way up to 20,000 Hz. Thanks to the powerful neodymium motor, size and weight has been kept to a minimum while still producing the extreme efficiency and low distortion that Faital Pro's compression drivers are known for. The characteristics of the HF108R 1" compression driver makes it ideal for use in high output home speakers, club or restaurant systems, DJ speakers, and even studio monitor designs.
