Turned out pretty good

I thought I purchased a pk of season8ng for dip . Picture shows spinach dip. I never made fip. Always bought in jar. Odd I have to cook it. I'm waiting for it to turn creamy and white. Reminded me of a soup base. On website recipe calls for mayo and sourcream. Not water. So I added cooked egg noodles. It tasted really good. Perfect for a winter chilly day.

Such a classic dip! You can dress this up pretty much however you like. Mine is 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, 1/2 cup buttermilk, thawed frozen chopped spinach with water completely pressed out, 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix, half of 1/8 tsp cayenne or do full 1/8, 1 tsp dried dill, 1/8 of black pepper. Can add 1/4 cup both or either one finely chopped parsley and cilantro. Let sit at least 2 hours in fridge before serving.
