Pantry staple must!

This is a pantry staple in my home. Don't let this little bottle fool you, it goes a long way. I use one bottle for 1 box of spaghetti (which feeds a good portion of 2-3 people). Add some cooked pancetta, a a handful basil (cut into strips) or baby spinach. Dinner is served in no time!

A finely ground pesto, that is absolutely delish!

I usually use red pesto that has small pieces in it. This is very fine, almost like a paste. But the taste is delicious, and better than any other tomateo pesto I have tried. 3.5 oz is a very small jar. I have made some dishes where I used two jars!
