Bad experience
We unfortunately had a terrible experience buying a computer device from Walmart. We purchased a NEW iPad only to discover that it had been used previously when, because we were having trouble with it, and took it to an Apple dealer for help. Not only was it previously used, the trouble we were having was because there was a software problem with the tablet. Software issues are not covered by the Walmart service plan that we had purchased. We will be purchasing our electronics elsewhere from now on.
