Most convenient and effective fiber supplement
This brand of fiber was recommended by a friend around 35 years ago. My wife and I have used it ever since. Since it is in capsule form, it is easy to take. It is gentle on the body and efficient in cleansing the body of waste. Just remember to drink lots of water so it can do its job. In my opinion based on my experience, this is the best fiber supplement to take and the most convenient.
