DO NOT buy these! The material is good, makes you feel like they'll work but they suck. They do not stay on, so if you're going to want to wear these with shoes and actually "walk" they will fall off your foot and left with an undone sock inside your shoe đź« . These did not stay put behind my heels. They slid down while I was walking and wound up under my feet. I eventually took them off and just wore my shoes. I do not recommend.
