Return problem

The item is very small and I would like to return. I went to my local Walmart and they said that since it was a third party purchase, I would have to contact them via email. I did try to contact them and they have NEVER gotten back to me with a label or any information. I bought this item through Walmart so I do not see why I should have to go through another vendor. If I had known it was through another vendor, I would not have ordered the item. Please help me resolve this problem. Thank you.
