I ordered two sets of floor mats - one for myself and one for my son's Christmas gift. His arrived, but mine didn't. I contacted the company and they resolved my issue promptly and courteously. They stayed in contact with me during the entire process to make sure I knew what was going on with my replacement order. It took a little longer than it ordinarily would because of the holidays, but they arrived at the time/day they indicated and they are high quality floor mats with good color to represent the team logo. My son also loved his. Thankfully it was my set that got lost and not his since I was able to give him his gift on time. I would highly recommend this company.
