I enjoy the convenience and flavor of this item. I prefer a thicker consistency, so I use Coconut Milk or Almond Milk instead of cold water. I also use a shaker container help to dissolve the powder throughout the liquid. Organic is very important to me. Please be aware that the pea protein will raise your estrogen level. I consume no more than twice a week.
