Eden Foods Foods Selected Ume Plum Vinegar -- 10Ounce

A very flavorful and interesting vinegar. I love umiboshi and this vinegar is over the top with flavor as vinegars go but not as potent as the umiboshi paste. A little goes a long way and adds both vinegar and salty taste along with the plum flavor and aroma. I use it in many ways. On rice, nice in dressings that contain fruits, as part of a marinade for chicken, lettuce wraps made with ground chicken... just remember to start with small amount and add more if needed.
