Smart Vent Foundation Flood Vents are ICC-ES Certified and FEMA Accepted. The Bi-Directional vent feature allows water to flow freely both in and out, relieving hydrostatic pressure and protecting your foundation from flood damage. Entering flood water lifts the patented internal floats which unlatch and allow the door to rotate open. Our Dual Function Engineered Flood Vent provides up to 200 ft. of flood protection and allows for natural air flow through your crawlspace or enclosed area that needs ventilation. Our Insulated model provides the same flood coverage while its insulated core makes it perfect for garages and air conditioned spaces. Made of T316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel, Smart Vent Flood Vents are strong, durable and can handle anything Mother Nature throws at it.
